Rancho Camulos Museum Archive
Researchers Welcome
The Rancho Camulos Museum Archive is a non-circulating research collection dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich history of Rancho Camulos, the del Valle family, and California's rancho heritage.
The Archive is comprised of books and other published materials in the Marie Wren Library. The Archive includes historic photographs, maps, family histories, newspapers, manuscripts, correspondence, ephemera, decorative objects of the period, farm/ranch equipment, textiles and furniture of the period, paintings, and archival records documenting the people, places, and stories that shaped Rancho Camulos and the surrounding region. Researchers can explore a growing collection of historic images and primary source materials that help preserve more than 175 years of California history.
The Archives & Research Library is open to the public by appointment only.
Because this is a non-circulating collection, all materials must be used on-site.
